Telehealth Physician Assistant (PA)

We are opening a new urgent care facility and are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to deliver telehealth urgent and primary care services from an in-office setting. This role is ideal for PAs who thrive in a structured clinical environment and are comfortable providing high-quality virtual care to Medicaid and Medicare patient populations
.

• Provide virtual urgent and/or primary care visits using a secure telehealth platform
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage patient conditions within PA scope of practice
• Prescribe medications in compliance with New York State and federal telehealth regulations
• Identify cases requiring escalation or in-person referral
• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Meet established productivity, quality, and compliance standards

• Active New York Physician Assistant license
• Active Medicare Provider  (required at time of hire)
• Active Medicaid provider enrollment (Medicaid  at time of hire)
• Minimum 2+ years of clinical experience (urgent care or primary care preferred)
• Comfortable treating Medicaid and Medicare patient populations
• Prior telehealth experience preferred

• DEA license in good standing
• Experience in high-volume or fast-paced clinical environments

• Brand-new facility with modern systems and workflows
• In-office stability with telehealth delivery
