Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Medical Office Manager to join our growing pediatric and family medical practice located at 596 Pennsylvania Avenue, Brooklyn, NY. The ideal candidate will oversee daily office operations, ensure excellent patient experience, and support clinical providers and staff.

• Manage daily front and back office operations
• Supervise and schedule administrative and clinical support staff
• Ensure efficient patient flow and high-quality customer service
• Oversee billing, coding, insurance verification, and collections
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
• Handle patient concerns and resolve operational issues
• Manage inventory, supplies, and vendor relationships
• Coordinate staff training and performance evaluations
• Support providers with operational and administrative needs

• Previous experience as a Medical Office Manager or similar role
• Knowledge of medical billing, insurance, and EHR systems
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced medical environment
• Familiarity with pediatric and/or family practice preferred
• Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Creole) is a plus
