The Amazon Music Artist Relations team seeks an experienced professional to drive collaboration between Amazon Music and the creative community. As an Artist Relations Coordinator, you will work directly with artists, managers, and industry professionals to develop and maintain strategic partnerships. Your primary responsibilities will include managing artist relations programs, coordinating cross‑functional projects, and advocating for customer needs. You will work closely with both external partners and internal Amazon Music teams to deliver impactful results.

- Build and maintain strategic relationships within the artist management community through artist meetings, playback sessions, and industry events
- Develop and execute Artist Relations Programs, including the Breakthrough program and Amazon Music Originals, from pitch to launch
- Create and implement data‑driven engagement strategies that drive measurable business growth for both artists and Amazon Music
- Represent Amazon Music at key industry events, including festivals and Amazon Music Live, managing artist communications and relationships
- Partner with international teams to identify and pursue growth opportunities
- Showcase Amazon Music's features and benefits through platform demonstrations to artists and managers
- Apply deep knowledge of music culture, trends, and the broader industry landscape to inform content strategy
- Navigate multiple priorities across Artist Relations, Amazon Music Originals, Breakthrough and within various teams while managing diverse artist opportunities and partnerships
- Exercise independent judgment to develop and execute innovative solutions in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment
- Demonstrate ownership by leading projects from conception to completion, with attention to both strategic planning and tactical execution
- Represent the Artist Relations team internally and externally in key meetings
The Artist Relations team is the point of contact for Artist Managers within the Music Industry for Amazon Music. We own exclusive audio program, the Breakthrough Artist Program and the relationships with Artists' Managers.
Basic Qualifications- 2+ years of working in music programming, music supervision, or other related music‑centric creative role experience
- Experience managing a large number of account relationships and deals simultaneously, ideally related to media/entertainment
- Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, or experience working with customers with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Experience working in a fast‑paced, team environment
- Ability to communicate effectively and act as both an influencer and an ambassador on behalf of Amazon Music and is a must
- 2+ years of experience building and maintaining relationships with artists, managers, labels, or creative professionals
