• The Assistant Director is responsible for the safe, effective operation of the school with the School Director, to achieve Little Me Daycare’s vision.
• The Assistant Director assists in the promotion of the social, physical, and intellectual growth of the children.

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Must have previous leadership experience and at least 1 year of experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
• Must meet state requirements for education
• Master’s Degree preferred, minimum BA.BS Degree in Early Childhood Education
• New York State Teaching Certification, (minimum Birth through
  2)
• Knowledgeable of Article 47 and other NYC Department of Health licensing/credentialing issues
