Schedule: Monday through Friday, Standard Business Hours
Salary: Based on Experience

A school in Brooklyn is seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Principal to support academic leadership, school operations, and student success. This role works closely with the Principal and administrative team to help create a positive school culture, support instructional excellence, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the school.

• Support the Principal in overseeing daily school operations and academic programming
• Assist with faculty supervision, coaching, and professional development
• Help implement and monitor curriculum standards and instructional best practices
• Support student discipline, attendance, and behavioral interventions
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and parents to promote student success and engagement
• Assist with scheduling, assessments, and school-wide initiatives
• Ensure compliance with school policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Help foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment

• Bachelor’s degree required;
  Master’s degree in Education or Educational Leadership preferred
• Prior experience in school administration or instructional leadership preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, students, and families
