Plan, direct, and evaluate all aspects of clinical services within the Adult Primary Care/Medicine Outpatient Division.

• In partnership with the Chief of Ambulatory Care and Chief of Medicine, provide strategic direction and oversight in the development and administration of tactical direction, corporate culture, and organizational planning within the Adult Primary Care and Geriatrics Clinics.
• Translate strategic direction into clear performance goals and priorities, including productivity and efficiency targets, recruitment and retention, and metrics for important aspects of care.
• Establish and update staff on standards of clinical performance and new healthcare regulations.
• Establish and implement patient safety and satisfaction goals to improve program protocols and clinical outcomes.
