Physician Affiliate Group of New York (PAGNY) is adding an Endocrinologist to the group at NYC Health + Hospitals/South Brooklyn Health. South Brooklyn Health is a redesigned health care campus with the Ruth Bader Ginsburg Hospital, modern labor and delivery suites, and state-of-the-art surgical services. The Health & Wellness Institute offers outpatient services for primary and preventive care to specialty services for children and adults, supporting more than 250,000 outpatient visits per year and 371 beds with over 15,000 inpatient admissions annually.
The hospital maintains academic affiliations with SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University and NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine to maintain high standards of care.

Opportunity Details- Clinical Attending for outpatient clinics and inpatient consults for a diverse patient population.
- Analyze, examine, and investigate patients and their medical histories for signs and symptoms of hormonal imbalances.
- Discuss diagnoses with patients and explain treatment options.
- Advise on medications, lifestyle, dietary changes, and other preventative measures.
- Carry out follow-up appointments, monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans and medications, and update patient records.
- Support patients with serious or complex endocrine conditions.
- Collaborate with mid-level providers.
- Supervision and teaching of medical residents, endocrine fellows, and medical students.
- Board certified in Internal Medicine.
- Board certified or eligible in Endocrinology.
- Active NYS License.
- Experience working with an under-served patient population is preferred.
- Annual Base Salary: $239,000 based on a 40-hour work week.
- Total compensation value (illustrative): $358,420, including base salary, 401(k) contribution, and other factors.
- Estimated annual compensation for additional sessional/per diem hours: $55,520.
- Projected bonus up to $40,000, contingent on meeting quality and productivity targets.
- 401(k) company contribution: 3% immediately; 7% after one year of service (no employee match required).
- Annual CME reimbursement.
