Overview
Salary: $115+/hr based on experience
LaSante Health Center is seeking a Part-time Nephrologist to deliver outpatient renal care in a community-based FQHC one day/week
. This role supports patients with chronic kidney disease and related conditions through coordinated specialty care.
- Diagnose and manage kidney-related conditions
- Evaluate lab results and diagnostic studies
- Collaborate with primary care and specialty providers
- Educate patients on disease management and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate EHR documentation
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Nephrology
- New York State medical license (or eligibility)
- Outpatient experience preferred
