We specialize in residential projects as well as mixed‑use developments in New York City. We are currently seeking an intermediate architect to join our team. This is a full‑time, in‑person position for an Intermediate Architect located in Brooklyn, NY. Working closely with the partners the Intermediate Architect will be responsible for developing and executing architecture and interior designs, contributing to project management tasks, communication with clients and team members, and coordinating project integration. The role requires excellent collaborative skills, keen attention to detail, careful management of multiple project deliverables and schedules, and the ability to ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.

• Bachelors or Masters of Architecture degree
• Three to five years of office experience
• Detail oriented and able to work independently on multiple projects at different design phases
• Manage production of deliverables in a timely manner
• Ability to collaborate with and manage junior designers and interns
• Experience in construction documents, and millwork detailing
• Ability to source products and materials including: plumbing fixtures, lighting fixtures, tile and stone
• Experience with NYC code compliance, filing and Building Management approval
• Professional licensure or progress toward licensure is preferred
