The practice encompasses corporate, civic, cultural, educational, transportation, residential, hospitality, office, retail, and mixed-use projects on a variety of scales.
We are currently seeking an Architectural Designer with 3-5 years of experience. Candidates must be self-motivated and enjoy working collaboratively with team members and consultant teams with a willingness to learn.
Position Responsibilities:
- Strong conceptual design ability and advanced graphic representation skills.
- Work on programming research, zoning research, massing, orientation studies & design studies.
- Prepare presentation drawings representing design intent.
- Render design ideas in forms of scale drawings, 3-D models, sketches, illustrations, and physical models.
- Research materials, products and furnishings based on project design goals.
- With guidance, work on construction documents and coordinate review of shop drawings during construction phase.
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- 3-5 years of post-graduation experience required.
- Able to prioritize and multi-task.
- Must be proactive, detail-oriented and a self-starter.
- Must be hardworking and a team player.
- Must have excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
- Candidate should be proficient with Rhino, Grasshopper, AutoCAD, Revit/BIM, Adobe Graphics Suite, and other related design software.
