Are you an Architectural Associate or Drafter with 4+ years of experience and a passion for bringing multifamily projects to life?

We’re looking for a motivated architectural professional to join our expanding team and play a key role in shaping the next generation of residential architecture in NYC.

• Produce complete, high‑quality architectural drawing sets for filing based on initial design concepts.

• Manage and coordinate shop drawings with precision and professionalism.

• Communicate confidently with expediters and trades (minimal direct client interaction required).

• Work independently to drive projects forward after initial direction—own your work and your impact.

• Strong proficiency in Revit.

• Experience with multifamily projects.

• Solid understanding of architectural drawings, construction details, and documentation standards.

• Familiarity with Alteration Type 1 and Type 2 applications.

• Knowledge of NYC zoning and NYC Building Codes.

• A proactive mindset and eagerness to grow your skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brooklyn, NY.

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00/hr.
