Position: Strategic Customer Success Manager — Onboarding & Growth
A next-generation software firm located in Brooklyn is seeking a Customer Success Manager to oversee customer onboarding and renewals. This role involves working closely with various teams to maximize customer value and engage directly with clients on their use cases. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of SaaS or B2B experience, excellent communication skills, and a consultative approach to improving customer experiences.
