Responsibilities- Process customer orders accurately and ensure correct items ship on time
- Review orders carefully for accuracy and completeness
- Keep customers informed about delays, shortages, or changes before delivery
- Resolve delivery issues or mistakes by working with the warehouse
- Follow issues through to completion to ensure full resolution
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Responsible and reliable work ethic
- Ability to follow through and solve problems
- Comfortable working in an order-processing or logistics environment
$25/Hour
