* ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

What You Will Do
** Complete all assigned tasks within the guidelines & deadlines set by Department Managers. Continuously coaches and encourages staff to provide superior levels of guest services and reinforce Barclays Center Experience behaviors.  Maintains a working knowledge of the facility, current and upcoming events/games and the surrounding area.

Perform a variety of duties, often changing from one task to another, without the loss of efficiency or composure.  Ability to memorize, recollect, and quickly retrieve relevant information.  Additional tasks as assigned by management/supervisor

Who You Are
** Reliable, punctual, and regular in attendance with good communication skills.

Ability to take direction well and work well with others.  Have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

COMPETENCIES:

Skills You Possess
** Two (2) years prior customer service experience, preferably in a sports/entertainment venue environment. Tasks are performed with moderate supervision. Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Ability to push/pull up to 200 pounds. Must have the ability to read, write and understand English in a working environment.
