Job Description & How to Apply Below

At theprintspace, we’re the world leaders in fine art and photographic printing, with studios in London, Düsseldorf, and New York. For nearly two decades we’ve worked with some of the biggest artists and institutions in the world, combining craftsmanship with cutting-edge technology. Now we’re looking for an Assistant Production Manager to join our close-knit team in our Dumbo studio. Nestled in one of Brooklyn’s most creative neighborhoods surrounded by galleries, waterfront views, and buzzing energy, our studio is a unique place to work hands-on with beautiful artworks and help deliver them to clients across the world.

This is not a corporate office or faceless warehouse job. It’s a small, collaborative studio environment where every order matters, and where your organisational skills and eye for detail will make a real impact.

What you  be doing :
  • Supporting the daily running of print, dispatch, and ASF framing operations.
  • Coordinating carrier pickups, dispatch schedules, and ensuring orders leave on time.
  • Helping to manage stock levels for framing materials and consumables.
  • Working with a pool of freelancers, scheduling, onboarding, and ensuring quality.
  • Conducting quality checks and helping to streamline workflows.
  • Acting as the go-to support for the team, stepping in when the Production Manager is away.
What we  looking for:
  • Strong organisational skills and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.
  • Can-do mentality with the attitude to go above and beyond to meet production and client expectations.
  • Hands-on, practical, and detail-oriented taking pride in getting things right.
  • Great communication skills and the ability to support and train others.
  • Reliability and flexibility, willing to step up when production demands are high.
  • Experience in fine art print production, DTG, dispatch, or logistics is a plus.
What we offer:
  • Full training across fine art printing, DTG printing, dispatch, and framing.
  • A friendly, professional team environment where your contribution really matters.
  • The chance to work with world-leading artists and see their projects come to life.
