Brand Designer

Altana is looking for a strong Brand Designer to join our creative team. You will translate complex AI and trade concepts into clear, compelling, and human‑centered design systems and visual touchpoints. You will work closely with marketing, product, and leadership to ensure our brand is consistent, distinctive, and scalable, while playing a critical, hands‑on role in executing the Altana brand identity across a variety of marketing and sales enablement channels.

• Execute day‑to‑day production work, including digital advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.
• Design and rapidly iterate on professional sales decks, presentation templates, and internal communications, ensuring visual consistency across all key external communications.
• Create and update a range of enablement assets such as one‑pagers, case studies, event signage, and email graphics.
• Serve as a brand guardian, ensuring all materials strictly adhere to established brand guidelines.
• Ideate and innovate alongside the Head of Brand and creative team to continue to evolve and grow the brand.
• Work closely with the creative, marketing, and sales teams to translate the team’s goals and content into compelling visual stories.
• Assist in organizing and maintaining the design asset library and foundational brand files.

• 1‑3 years of experience in graphic design, brand design, or a related field (internships and academic projects welcome).
• A strong portfolio demonstrating visual hierarchy, typography, and clean, scalable design execution.
• Proficiency in design software such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
• Strategic thinking about brand while executing at a high craft level.
• Strong time‑management skills, able to handle multiple production deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail and passion for turning complex ideas into simple, beautiful designs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and ability to explain design decisions clearly.

Brooklyn, NY, USA (hybrid work flexibility; candidates must be within commuting distance from our Williamsburg office).

• Salary Range: $85,000 – $105,000 per year.
