A leading design agency in Brooklyn seeks a Mid-Level Designer with 3–5 years of experience focused on merchandise design for beauty and lifestyle brands. You will develop trend-driven designs, produce production-ready artwork, and collaborate across teams. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, has strong illustration and typography skills, and is self-motivated. Full-time benefits include generous PTO, mental health days, and parental leave.

Salary is $75-$85k depending on experience.
