• Video Production:
  Edit raw footage into compelling, high-quality videos for our You Tube channel, focusing on narrative flow and visual appeal.
• Trend Analysis:
  Keep abreast of You Tube trends, audience analytics, and platform updates to tailor our content strategy effectively.
• Visual and Audio Enhancement:
  Apply visual effects, transitions, graphics, and audio enhancements to create standout videos.
• Asset Management:
  Efficiently organize and manage video resources for quick and effective content delivery.
• Compilation Editing:
  Master the art of creating engaging compilation videos from talent show performances.

• Editing Proficiency:
  Must possess exceptional video editing skills with the capability to produce 2-10 videos daily in a high-speed environment.
• Adaptability:
  Comfortable with rapid changes and able to pivot quickly; a true team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Growth Mindset:
  Committed to personal and team development, always looking to push the boundaries of what's possible in video content creation.
• Experience using Adobe Premiere.
