Position Summary
We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to develop and grow our presence in the Northeast U.S. region. This is a unique opportunity to build a new territory from scratch, requiring an entrepreneurial mindset and a "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You'll focus on driving new business with end-users, security integrators, professional installers, and wholesale/distribution channels, leveraging regional resellers, distributors, and independent reps to hit aggressive growth targets.

- Territory Development: Lead efforts to quickly establish and grow our presence in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Develop and execute a strategic go-to-market plan, build a strong pipeline, and own the full sales cycle from lead gen to close.
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate opportunities at the end-user level, forge relationships with integrators, installers, and distributors, and expand into untapped markets.
- Channel Partner Engagement: Strengthen ties with resellers, wholesalers, and reps; provide training, tools, and resources; and co-develop strategies for mutual success.
- Hands-On Leadership: Engage directly with customers and partners, build trust through expertise, and show persistence in overcoming obstacles.
- Market Knowledge and Training: Deliver training programs, stay ahead of trends and competitors, and use insights to refine strategies.
- Collaboration and Reporting: Work with internal teams and report on performance with actionable insights.
- 1-2 years of sales experience, ideally in security, access control, technology, or related fields.
- Proven track record of building and growing new territories.
- Strong understanding of security integration, installation, and distribution channels.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, independent, and willing to travel 50-70% within the region.
