Overview
SENTIENT is seeking a hands-on Director of Sales and Business Development to drive revenue growth and own the performance of our sales team as we scale. This role is built for someone who can open doors, win work, and raise the bar for how we sell, leading a lean, high-performing team. You will carry a personal pipeline and close high-value opportunities, while also owning the team’s overall sales performance, pipeline health, and forecasting cadence.
In partnership with the CEO and partners you will set goals, define go-to-market strategy, coach and develop the sales team, and build the processes and accountability that help us hit targets as we scale, without losing the craft and care that define our work.
