We are seeking a Business Operations Analyst to join the team. As a Business Operations Analyst, you will deliver data‑driven insights to inform day‑to‑day case operations, guide organization‑wide strategic decisions, and drive business outcomes.

• Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide in‑depth, digestible, and visual insights using Salesforce, Power BI, and Excel.
• Collaborate with Operations leadership to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights that drive operational efficiency.
• Build workflow automations and execute ad‑hoc data management projects to enhance the efficiency of case operations.
• Ensure data integrity and SOP compliance by designing systems to monitor case activity.
• Manage multiple project timelines in a fast‑paced environment.

• 1–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, operations, or a related role.
• Proficiency with SQL, Power BI, Salesforce, and Excel required. Coding experience (e.g., Python, R) preferred.
• Analytically curious with the ability to proactively recognize insights and opportunities beyond the original project scope.
• Problem‑solver mindset focused on key metrics that drive success and process improvement.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience, with a preference for Business or STEM fields.

Salary Range: $95,000 – $125,000 USD
