We’re hiring a closer to originate and fund property-backed loans, SBA loans, term loans, and lines of credit for business owners.
This role is for someone who can take a deal from first call to funding and wants meaningful upside working on larger, better-structured transactions — not short-term volume deals.
What You’ll Do- Prospect and qualify business owners.
- Structure and close property loans, SBA, term loans, and LOCs.
- Manage deals end-to-end through underwriting and funding.
- Own your pipeline, follow-ups, and results.
- Experience in alternative lending, MCA, ISO sales, or private credit.
- Strong phone presence with a closer mentality.
- Self-motivated, organized, and performance-driven.
- Commission-based compensation with significant per-deal earnings and uncapped upside.
- Higher-quality deals and larger ticket sizes.
