Role Description
This full-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role is based in Brooklyn, NY. The Administrative Assistant will handle a variety of day-to-day responsibilities, including providing executive administrative support, answering and managing phone communications, and performing general clerical tasks. The role will also involve managing schedules, organizing documents, and assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the office runs efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
- Proficiency in Clerical Skills, including organizing, filing, and document management
- Excellent Communication and Phone Etiquette
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in office software systems such as Microsoft Office Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in administration is a plus
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role is highly desirable
