Position Summary
Business Development Administrators support the operational and compliance functions that keep Ever Greene’s preconstruction department running efficiently. They assist with document management, prequalification submissions, CRM maintenance, digital filing, and proposal organization. This role is essential for maintaining order, ensuring accurate recordkeeping, and supporting timely responses to client and partner requests. The position reports directly to the Director of Preconstruction.
Core Responsibilities- Prepare and submit prequalification forms, compliance documents, and bid bonds
- Organize, archive, and maintain opportunity files and supporting documentation
- Support Procore, Unanet (Cosential CRM), and other digital platforms used by the preconstruction team
- Collaborate with the Marketing Coordinator to draft and update marketing collateral, including project profiles, resumes, and design books
- Retrieve, distribute, and track documents as needed across teams
- Conduct basic research and gather information to complete internal reports and forms
- Assist with bid package submissions, including online uploads, logistics, shipping, and tracking
- Perform special assignments and provide general support to Business Development Executives as needed
This role serves as the foundation for professional growth within Ever Greene’s preconstruction and marketing teams. As BD Administrators build experience with proposals, documentation, and departmental systems, they develop the knowledge and skills needed to advance to the Business Development Coordinator level. The position also provides exposure to related disciplines, offering opportunities for future advancement into estimating or marketing roles, including Marketing Coordinator, depending on individual strengths and career goals.
Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree required
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and consistent follow-through
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new digital platforms quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Familiarity with the language of art, historic architecture, or construction is a plus

This job is occasionally performed in an office setting and requires frequent sitting (working on a computer), frequent walking, standing, bending, and reaching. Due to computer usage, there is repetitive motion of the hands and wrists.
