Position Overview

A Brooklyn-based home company is seeking a reliable and organized Office Administrator to support daily operations and assist with project management. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast‑paced environment, and takes pride in keeping operations running smoothly and efficiently.

The Office Administrator will play a key role in supporting internal teams, managing administrative workflows, and assisting with project coordination to ensure deadlines, communication, and documentation are handled accurately.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
  • Provide general office support, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management
  • Assist with project management tasks such as tracking timelines, coordinating tasks, and following up on action items
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
  • Support internal teams with data entry, reporting, and operational tasks
  • Coordinate communication between team members, vendors, and clients as needed
