Candidate will be responsible for creating receiving reports for all Safety and Fleet Unit orders, including safety supplies and DEF used across all RRM units. Process receiving reports for tools and equipment ordered for Street Maintenance Operations (e.g., rakes, shovels, etc.). Assist with rental equipment operations for RRM, handling approximately 60 pieces of equipment from Vendor with annual rental costs exceeding $5 million.
Prepare receiving reports for all rental equipment and related repairs. Assist RRM employees in becoming authorized drivers through DCAS, ensuring all necessary documentation and steps are completed. Coordinate with the Safety and Fleet unit to ensure all new hires are properly notified and processed for DCAS driver authorization. Respond to telephone inquiries.

Minimum QualificationsQualification Requirements: A four-year high school diploma or its educational equivalent approved by a State's department of education or a recognized accrediting organization and one year of satisfactory clerical experience.
Skills Requirement- Keyboard familiarity with the ability to type at a minimum of 100 key strokes (20 words) per minute.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize assignments in a fast-paced work environment.
- Familiarity with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
