Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration with an emphasis in Accounting, or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role – preferably in food manufacturing
- Excellent financial analysis skills
- Ability to prepare financial reports and give recommendations based on available data
- Superior knowledge of financial reporting software tools and ERP software (VAI for Food Manufacturing an advantage)
- Hands-on mentality
- Eager to establish & shape the Cost Accounting Organization
