Senior Accountant-Manufacturing

We’re partnering with a growing leader in print production and visual communications to hire an experienced Senior Accountant. This role supports a complex, production-driven operation and plays a key part in maintaining accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and smooth accounting workflows.

Responsibilities of Senior Accountant:

• Support monthly/quarterly/annual close, reconciliations & journal entries

• Assist with financial statements and audit documentation

• Help manage AP/AR, billing, payroll, and cost accounting processes

• Maintain and improve internal controls and compliance procedures

• Contribute to financial analysis, modeling, cost reporting & trend reviews

• Partner closely with leadership and support junior accounting staff

Qualifications for Senior Accountant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA track a plus)

• 4–6 years progressive accounting experience (manufacturing preferred)

• Strong GAAP knowledge, financial reporting, and cost accounting skills

• Experience with fixed assets and sales tax

• High attention to detail, strong communication, and excellent organization
