Accounting Clerk

About the role

We are seeking a full-time Accounting Clerk to join the finance team at Chris T Sports Plaza, Inc.'. Based in Kamuning, Quezon City, this role will be responsible for performing a variety of accounting and bookkeeping duties to support the smooth financial operations of our organization.

What you'll be doing

• Ensure rental payments are paid on time.
• Ensure WTE 2307 for rentals and expenses are processed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain Loose leaf records (purchase book).
• Encode purchase invoices to loose leaf forms using excel.

What we're looking for

• Graduate of any Accounting or Business Management related course.
• At least one (1) year work experience in bookkeeping, credit evaluation/investigation and handling Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable.
• Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Offices.
• Average written and verbal communication skills.
• Filing and office management skills.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy with numbers.
• Proficient in using accounting software, spreadsheets, and other finance-related applications.
• Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to priorities tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant qualifications in Accounting or a related field would be an advantage.
