Base Pay Range

$22.00/hr - $35.00/hr

$22 - $35 per hour

• The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if criteria are met.

Stocking associates focus on unloading trucks and stocking new freight. They spend the majority of their time in the backroom.

• Unload freight from trucks and stock merchandise.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the backroom.
• Lift heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds.
• Operate heavy machinery.definition such as forklifts when required.

• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds safely.
• Experience operating forklifts preferred.
• Physical stamina to work in a fast‑paced environment.
