Job SummaryWe are seeking a Shipping Coordinator to join our team in a dynamic and growing organization. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and motivated to exceed expectations. In this role, you will oversee outbound shipments from start to finish, coordinate with carriers and internal teams, and ensure every order leaves the building accurately and on time.

Job Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily outbound shipments across LTL, parcel, and freight carriers
- Generate shipping labels, bills of lading, and customs documentation as needed
- Compare carrier rates and select the most cost-effective shipping methods
- Communicate with carriers to schedule pickups, resolve delays, and track shipments
- Verify order accuracy and packaging quality before release
- Investigate and resolve shipping discrepancies, damage claims, and customer delivery issues
- Maintain organized shipping records and update the order management system in real time
- Collaborate with warehouse, sales, and customer service teams to prioritize and fulfill orders
- Support continuous improvement efforts related to shipping processes and cost reduction
- Ensure packing standards are established and followed to minimize shipping costs while protecting product quality and integrity during transit.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Ability to learn and operate multiple internal systems and carrier shipping portals.
- Relevant experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations required; bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in shipping, logistics, or warehouse operations preferred
- Familiarity with shipping software, ERP systems, or order management platforms a plus
- Experience with carrier rate shopping and bill of lading preparation preferred
- Ability to learn all aspects of shipping and logistics operations
- Desire to grow into future leadership roles
