Part-Time Delivery Driver Wine Distribution – Twin , MN & Fargo

Rootstock Wine Company is a Minnesota-based wine importer and distributor serving restaurants and retail partners throughout the Twin Cities, Greater Minnesota, and Fargo‑Moorhead. We are seeking a dependable, flexible part‑time delivery driver to support both our metro and out‑of‑town routes. This role includes regular Twin Cities deliveries, biweekly regional routes, and backup coverage for our Warehouse Manager when needed.

This position averages 20 to 30 hours per week.

• Twin Cities metro deliveries Tuesday through Friday
• Duluth and Rochester routes every other week
• Fargo‑Moorhead route approximately every other week, typically Monday or Tuesday
• Occasional fill‑in coverage for local routes when the Warehouse Manager is out
• Schedules are generally consistent but require flexibility.

• Safely operate a high‑roof cargo van
• Load and unload wine cases weighing up to 50 pounds
• Complete deliveries accurately and on time
• Navigate regional routes efficiently
• Provide professional service to restaurant and retail accounts
• Perform vehicle inspections
• Follow safety and compliance procedures
• Assist with basic warehouse tasks when needed

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to frequently lift and move cases up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable driving long distances for regional routes
• Previous delivery or cargo van experience preferred
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Dependable and able to work independently
• Professional demeanor with customers

• Competitive hourly wage of $18 to $22 per hour, depending on experience
• Earned Sick and Safe Time in accordance with Minnesota law
