We are seeking a skilled Web Front-End Engineer to join a leading retail and e-commerce organization. In this role, you will design and build modern, user-facing web applications that deliver exceptional experiences to millions of customers. You’ll work on a collaborative product team alongside UX designers, product managers, and backend engineers to create responsive, scalable solutions that drive business impact.

• As a Web Front-End Engineer, you will:
  Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using React and Type Script .
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code with a focus on performance and accessibility.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
• Partner with product managers to understand requirements and influence feature development.
• Integrate APIs and work closely with backend teams to deliver full-stack solutions.
• Ensure code quality through unit testing, UI testing, and peer reviews.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and contribute to planning and estimation.
• Support continuous improvement of engineering processes and standards.

• 5+ years in software development with 3+ years of experience in front-end development.
• Proficiency in Type Script and React.
• Strong CSS skills, including pre/post-processors, layout systems, and responsive design.
• Solid understanding of version control systems - Git required.
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Mocha) and UI testing tools (e.g., Cypress, Playwright).
• Proven experience collaborating with UX designers and product managers in product-driven teams.
• Ability to work across multiple partner service teams in a collaborative environment.
• Experience implementing and managing observability tools (e.g., Open Telemetry, Grafana).
• Understanding of backend integration patterns and RESTful services.
• Required technical skills:
  Git, Postgres, React, RESTful APIs, & Type Script

• Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., Git Hub Copilot, ChatGPT).
• Familiarity with Java or Kotlin.
• Experience with design systems (e.g., Figma, Material UI, Storybook).
• Contributions to open-source projects or personal projects showcasing front-end skills.
• Experience with AG Grid
