The Sales Assistant E‑Commerce Manager is responsible for maximizing donations to ensure sales and revenues are met via online sales by providing leadership and guidance within organizational guidelines. Provides supervision and direction to employees while performing job duties in support of Goodwill‑Easter Seals’ mission and values.
Day in the LifeIn a typical day, the Assistant Sales Manager can expect to:
- Ensure E‑Commerce sales are maximized through online marketplaces and quality assurance of listings.
- Ensure employees are trained and developed; manage facility personnel needs.
- Ensure financial and business control through reporting and communication.
- Ensure continued community involvement and education around Goodwill‑Easter Seals.
- Ensure safety and protection of employees, assets and facilities.
- Pay range: $61,910 – $86,818 per year
- Goodwill‑Easter Seals Minnesota prioritizes work‑life balance. Weekend/holiday shifts are limited, we offer competitive pay, flexible hours, a variety of benefit options and an employee discount.
- No overnights or shifts past 8:30 pm, and closed on major holidays (New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Day, Easter Sunday, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, Independence Day, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day).

- 3–5 years of relevant experience required.
- Bachelor’s or Associate degree preferred.
