Production Lead

• Coordinate material and production flow to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Support safe work habits and foster a safety-first culture.
• Optimize team assignments to improve cross-training and labor utilization.
• Train employees on job functions, equipment use, and standardized processes.
• Lead lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to simplify and improve operations.
• Collaborate with supervisors and cross-functional teams on schedules and performance plans.
• Monitor productivity, quality, and safety standards, addressing issues promptly.
• Conduct weekly production meetings and represent the department in cross-functional discussions.
• Assist with troubleshooting and ensure continuous product flow through production.

• High School Diploma or GED required; technical coursework preferred.
• 3+ years of related experience in production or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of assembly, testing, and packaging operations.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead by example and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Experience with Epicor 10 or SAP is a plus.

Salary Minimum: $60,000

Salary Maximum: $75,000
