The range stated below is a starting point for the compensation conversation.

Starting pay
: $18.80 per hour up to $23.50 per hour based on direct appointment scheduling experience in healthcare.

• Manage patient appointments efficiently and accurately.
• Greet callers with empathy, assess needs, and schedule visits prioritizing patient convenience.
• Maintain accurate records, update patient information, and coordinate with medical staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow up on patient inquiries, resolve scheduling conflicts, and demonstrate problem-solving capabilities.
• Use the electronic health record system to track appointments and send reminders, ensuring patients feel valued and informed.
• Foster a customer-centric atmosphere, address patient concerns, and contribute to a welcoming environment that supports ongoing communication and care.

• Strong communication skills; ability to engage with patients and convey information clearly and empathetically.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple appointments without conflicts.
• Problem-solving abilities to address scheduling conflicts or patient inquiries and provide timely resolutions.
