Base pay range: $17.00/hr - $20.00/hr actual pay will be based on skills and experience.

We are looking for educators who want to shape children’s formative years. The owner and administration team are on site supporting teachers from 7:00 am – 6:00 pm.

We are accepting applications for a Preschool Lead Teacher or Assistant Teacher of all levels for children ages 3‑4 years in a potty‑trained classroom that is enrolling students, which requires a second team member.

• Develop lesson plans.
• Meet the individual needs of the children.
• Engage in parent communication.
• Participate in staff and training meetings.
• Design appropriate room arrangement to support goals and developmental level.
• Interact with children to support play, exploration, and learning.
• Present expectations appropriate to age and developmental level.
• Plan and implement activities that develop self‑esteem and social skills.
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
• Build teamwork.
• Use assessment tools.
• Commit to continuing education.

• AA or CDA with two years experience.
• OR B.A. degree in Early Childhood Education or similar field and one year experience.
• OR a similar mix of education and experience.

• 12 post‑secondary credits in early childhood development or a related field.
• Or B.S., in any field.
• Experience working with children ages 6 weeks–6 years.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
