** Our ROAD Interns:
*** Rotate through several teams and be responsible for various activities and assignments, such as Lifestyle/Activities, Dining Services, and Sales & Marketing.
* Develop relationships with mentors, team members and residents/clients.
* Learn about programs, processes, policies, products and applications to serve our residents/clients and our business.
* Complete and present a ROAD Internship project to Senior Leadership Team
* Promote the Mission, Vision and Values of Elder Care Alliance and Transforming Age in all areas of responsibility, and demonstrate commitment to and strategic goals
* Perform other duties as assigned.
** What you need to succeed:
*** Current pursuit of undergraduate education preferred.
* Working* knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams and Power Point
* Organized, self-motivated, professional demeanor.
* Collaborative and team-oriented
* Able to prioritize and balance concurrent/competing projects, tasks or assignments.
* Effective problem-solving and decision-making skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, dedicated to customer service and care for clients & residents.
* Open to learning and receiving feedback.
* Completion of a background screening. Depending on location, additional screenings (such as physical, drug, TB test, and/or fingerprint) may be required.
