Are you a detail-oriented and results-driven individual with a passion for procurement? Design Ready Controls (DRC) is seeking a Buyer to join our dynamic team! In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of production materials by strategically managing the purchasing process.

• Strategic Sourcing:
  Create and manage purchase orders for a variety of materials, considering factors like lead time, demand, cost, and inventory space.
• Inventory Management:
  Analyze inventory levels, identify re‑order points, and proactively address potential shortages.
• ERP System Expertise:
  Utilize our ERP system to efficiently manage purchase orders, track inventory, and generate reports.
• Supplier Relationships:
  Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries, competitive pricing, and excellent quality.
• Production Support:
  Collaborate closely with production teams to identify and resolve potential supply chain issues.
• Data Analysis:
  Analyze purchasing data to identify trends, improve efficiency, and optimize inventory costs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
• Experience with ERP systems (M1 preferred).
• A proactive and results‑oriented approach.
• Candidate must be located in Minnesota.

• Annual Salary: $58,000.00 - $68,000.00 DOE

This is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. Base salaries are determined by taking a variety of factors in account, including, but not limited to, candidate qualifications, education, geographic locations, market conditions and internal equity.
