OverviewThe Project Coordinator Team at Pella Northland focuses on delighting customers after the sale and before delivery or installation. They coordinate quoting, purchasing, scheduling, and delivery of customer orders, ensuring a world‑class experience and transparent communication throughout the process.
Responsibilities- Provides quality customer service to internal and external customers daily via telephone, email, text and in‑person communication.
- Manages product delivery scheduling and details, ensuring timely fulfillment of orders and installation success.
- Manages the recovery process and coordinates solutions for shortages and damaged product.
- Provides exceptional support and project updates to customers, covering product delivery, availability, scheduling coordination, and homeowner follow‑up communication.
- Develops long‑term, mutually beneficial relationships with general contractors, building owners, and consumer clients.
- Coordinating service appointments along with appropriate follow‑up as needed.
- Purchases product from vendors and corporate manufacturing facilities accurately and on time.
- Records all details and updates tasks to maintain clear and consistent communication for customers.
- Manages and coordinates product installation requirements and scheduling, ensuring excellent communication throughout the entire process.
- Researches open receivables status and supports the team in collecting receivables.
- Promotes and facilitates continuous improvement activities in the department.
- Performs special projects and other duties as assigned and based on business necessity.

Salary: $25–$27 per hour
