SummaryThe main function of a Construction Services Administrative Support professional is to provide clerical and organizational support to construction teams, ensuring smooth operations and efficient communication. A typical role is responsible for managing documentation, coordinating schedules, and assisting with project‑related administrative tasks.
Job Responsibilities- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports.
- Coordinate meetings, schedules, and communications between project managers, contractors, and vendors.
- Track project timelines, budgets, and deliverables using spreadsheets and project management tools.
- Assist with procurement processes, including ordering materials and maintaining inventory records.
- Respond to inquiries and provide administrative support to field and office staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and construction regulations through accurate recordkeeping.
- Data review/analysis and data entry
- Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and document management systems
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Familiarity with construction terminology, documentation, and workflow
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 0–2 years of experience (open to more years of experience, if within rate).
