In this position, you’ll support the accounting department by handling day-to-day accounts receivable and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). Responsibilities- Creates customer invoices on a daily basis.
- Cash application on a daily basis.
- Creates customer statements on a monthly basis.
- Communicating with customers regard past due invoices.
- Processing Payroll on Bi-Weekly Basis.
- Maintain employee profiles in Paycor & M1 (erp system).
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or Associate's degree in Accounting with 2+ years’ experience.
- Strong Microsoft Office/Excel Skills.
- Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with ERP systems; preferably M-1.
- Experience with Payroll systems, preferably Paycor.
- Able to work independently and with other team members.
- Able to work effectively with end users and understands business needs and expectations.
- Competitive Hourly Wage: $24.00-$30.00 p/h DOE
