Accounting Specialist

In this position, you’ll support the accounting department by handling day-to-day accounts receivable and payroll tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP). • Creates customer invoices on a daily basis.
• Cash application on a daily basis.
• Creates customer statements on a monthly basis.
• Communicating with customers regard past due invoices.
• Processing Payroll on Bi-Weekly Basis.
• Maintain employee profiles in Paycor & M1 (erp system).

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and/or Finance or Associate's degree in Accounting with 2+ years’ experience.
• Strong Microsoft Office/Excel Skills.
• Strong technical, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems; preferably M-1.
• Experience with Payroll systems, preferably Paycor.
• Able to work independently and with other team members.
• Able to work effectively with end users and understands business needs and expectations.

• Competitive Hourly Wage: $24.00-$30.00 p/h DOE
