Production Team Member - 2nd Shift

The Production Team Member is a valuable part of our production team, packaging the industry’s finest coffee. Their performance is critical in ensuring production quotas are met in a timely fashion while first observing the highest standards of safety and quality. You will need to be reliable and punctual, be Complete packaging tasks such as case filling, box assembly, and pallet stacking Comply with all written Workplace Safety rules and other safety requirements and standards consistently

Comply with all written food safety Good Manufacturing Practices and other requirements and standards consistently

Perform assigned cleaning and sanitation tasks to ensure a clean and safe work area  Perform assigned material management tasks to ensure an efficient, organized, and safe work area Demonstrate ability to perform tasks using computer applications
* Willingness to work overtime as needed, including Saturdays

* Required:

* High school diploma or GED equivalent
* Minimum 1 year of experience working in an industrial production facility
* Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety manuals
* Basic math, reading, and writing skills
* Basic computer skills

Demonstrate ability to perform production quality monitoring and reporting tasks At least 1 year of coffee industry experience is strongly desired At least 1 year of food manufacturing experience is strongly desired Able to perform physical tasks that are repetitive and lift up to 30 lbs. on a regular basis

* * The target hourly range for this position is **$17-$18
** per hour. The actual base salary offered depends on a variety of factors, which may include, as applicable, the applicant’s qualifications for the position; years of relevant experience; specific and unique skills; level of education attained; certifications or other professional licenses held; other legitimate, non-discriminatory business factors specific to the position; and the geographic location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will perform the job.
