The Clinical Quality Coordinator (CQC) position is responsible for supporting the clinical team, coordinating resident care and services, monitoring departmental data, and ensuring documentation compliance. This position engages residents, families, and providers enhancing person-centered plans of care and promoting satisfaction.

- 8:00am-4:30pm
- Monday through Friday
- Position has an on-call responsibility
- The targeted pay range for this job is $26.00 to $29.00 per hour.

Job Responsibilities
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in healthcare
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbal and written
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient use of electronic health records systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to follow all safety rules, regulations, policies and procedures of the facility including but not limited to:
Vulnerable Adult and Abuse Policy, HIPAA, Resident Bill of Rights, Universal Precaution, AWAIR, OSHA, Right to Know, SDS, ADA, HUD Policy and Procedures, Fair Housing laws and regulations
- Associate’s degree
- Three or more years working with older adults
