Compensation: $25–$28/hour
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to support accounts payable operations and help transition from a manual workflow to a more automated ERP-based process. This role provides a strong foundation in vendor invoice processing, payment execution, and reconciliation, while offering exposure to process improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices and ensure accuracy in review and validation before routing through the approval workflow.
- Support the transition from manual AP processes to automated ERP workflows.
- Monitor invoice approvals and return approved invoices to AP for entry into the payables system.
- Assist with payment runs, including ACH, wire, and check transactions.
- Perform three-way matching for both PO and non‑PO invoices.
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies, respond to vendor inquiries, and maintain vendor records.
- Support general AP administrative tasks as needed.
