This role is about building on that foundation, turning a strong base of relationships into a disciplined, national B2B business.

The Role

This is a Boston‑area position based in our Brookline office, with regular in‑person meetings and field work.

You will lead the next phase of Topdrawer’s B2B growth, owning relationships, revenue, and brand representation across corporate gifting and strategic partnerships nationwide. This is a relationship‑first, brand‑led sales role for someone who understands how luxury brands grow: through trust, consistency, and taste.

What You’ll Do Build the Business
  • Expand our national B2B pipeline across corporate, hospitality, agency, university, and brand partners
  • Build on existing relationships with leading premium brands, hotels, and institutions
  • Lead thoughtful outbound outreach and in‑person business development
  • Turn first projects into long‑term partnerships
Own Revenue
  • Carry and own annual revenue targets
  • Maintain disciplined forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM
  • Establish a repeatable foundation for long‑term B2B growth
Deliver a Premium Client Experience
  • Develop proposals and gifting programs for senior‑level stakeholders
  • Partner closely with Operations and Marketing to ensure flawless execution
  • Protect the Topdrawer experience at every client touchpoint
Represent the Brand
  • Act as a visible ambassador of Topdrawer in the Boston market and nationally
  • Identify new partnership sectors and growth opportunities, occasionally traveling for trade shows and client development (10 to 20%)
  • Share market insight directly with leadership to inform product and strategy
You Are
  • A seasoned B2B sales professional with 5–10+ years in relationship‑driven environments
  • Experienced working with luxury hospitality, premium brands, or high‑touch enterprise clients
  • Comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers face‑to‑face
  • Highly organized, accountable, and self‑directed
  • Motivated by ownership, not just activity
  • Energized by building something enduring inside a design‑led brand

Not a fit: transactional retail sales, inbound‑only roles, or account‑maintenance positions.

Compensation
  • Base Salary: $50,000
  • Commission: Generous uncapped, performance‑based (details shared in process)
