Delaware North Sport service is hiring a full-time Retail Supervisor to join our team at TD Garden in Boston, Massachusetts. As a Retail Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and training retail team members and working to maintain retail standards, policies, and procedures.

• Supervise retail team members and complete operational needs by training and counseling employees
• Open and close retail locations as directed and maintain cleanliness and safety standards
• Assist retail management with the creation and maintenance of daily procedures and operations
• Assist with inventory maintenance and procedures
• Monitor back of house and front of house locations and assist with guest needs
• Create, maintain, and regularly evaluate professional visual displays
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Previous experience with guest transactions and basic math skills required
• Previous experience working with point of sale system required
• High school diploma or GED required
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a customer service or retail environment preferred

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Constant standing, lifting, climbing stairs, and repetitive motions
• Bending, reaching, and climbing on ladders
