Upholding and enforcing the policies and brand of Dream Spa Medical, as outlined in corporate policy documents, is a key responsibility of the General Manager.

• Lead and manage the Brookline location, overseeing all daily operations and ensuring the clinic runs efficiently and to company standards.
• Drive performance by meeting or exceeding established KPIs for revenue, productivity, and patient experience.
• Ensure team productivity and accountability by setting clear expectations and monitoring staff performance.
• Optimize team performance by positioning each team member to contribute at their highest level of efficiency and impact.

• 2+ years of leadership experience
• 2+ years of running teams of 10+ employees
• Experience in the aesthetic industry (preferred but not required)
• Ability to inspire and motivate team members to achieve optimal results.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Comfortable using technology and software for office management tasks.
