Overview

Nourished Minds Counseling + Wellness is hiring a full‑time clinician to join our growing Brookline practice. This is a fee‑for‑service position with generous reimbursement ($70–$110 per session) and a warm, collaborative environment. We’re looking for someone with interest and experience treating eating disorders, OCD, anxiety, and related disorders using evidence‑based approaches such as ERP, DBT, ACT, and CBT. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with both adults and adolescents.

Requirements
  • Active and unrestricted licensure in Massachusetts as a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD), LICSW, or LMHC; we are also open to hiring a pre‑licensed clinician with a strong desire to learn, develop skills, and who has some relevant experience
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model: a confidential remote workspace for telehealth sessions and availability for in‑person appointments at least one day per week in our Brookline office
  • Demonstrated proficiency in CBT and DBT for anxiety disorders; expertise in ERP for OCD is a strong plus
  • A genuine desire to work with individuals struggling with eating disorders, OCD, and related disorders, with a commitment to using evidence‑based protocols
  • Willingness to maintain a caseload of 22–25 clients per week, including some adolescents
  • Professional liability insurance with $1M/$3M coverage
  • Strong organizational skills, punctuality, self‑motivation, and a collaborative spirit
  • Ability to independently manage scheduling and documentation for all clinical encounters
