Middle School Head Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse Coach About The Park School

The Park School is a Pre‑K to Grade 8 independent school in Brookline, MA dedicated to excellence in education. Roles & Responsibilities

Park School is seeking a Middle School Head Varsity Boys’ Lacrosse Coach for the spring season (March 30th to May 22nd). This is a part‑time, stipend position with responsibilities on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Practice and home day responsibilities start at 3:00 pm and 2:30 pm for away games.

Qualifications
  • Coaching and/or playing experience at the youth, high school, or collegiate level preferred
  • Teaching experience preferred
  • Enthusiastic about working with middle school students
  • Passionate about guiding and mentoring middle school students during a formative stage of development
  • Patient, encouraging, and committed to fostering confidence, resilience, and a love of learning through sport
  • Prioritizes creating a supportive and inclusive team environment where all students feel valued
  • Dedicated to building and maintaining a positive team culture
  • Strong communicator who collaborates effectively with students, families, and colleagues
  • Committed to principles of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
